Terms of Service
Operating guidelines, regulatory compliance standards, and commercial export terms governing the use of StrovanksPharma platforms and services.
1. Agreement & Commercial Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between your commercial entity and StrovanksPharma, having its registered operational office at Shop No. 420, Pujan Plaza, Canal Road, Punagam, Surat, Gujarat 395010, India.
By browsing our digital catalog at strovankspharma.com, submitting an Inquiry Cart, requesting custom formulation quotations, or utilizing our Batch CoA Verification system, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable domestic and international pharmaceutical trade laws.
2. Strict B2B Regulatory Notice (No Retail Sales)
StrovanksPharma is exclusively a wholesale pharmaceutical manufacturer, contract manufacturer, and international exporter. We do not sell prescription medicines, APIs, or finished formulations directly to individual consumers or retail patients.
3. Inquiries, Catalog Products & Quotations
Product listings, dosage specifications, and indicative information displayed on this website represent our active manufacturing capabilities and registered formulations.
- Non-Binding Inquiries: Adding products to the Inquiry Cart or submitting an online enquiry does not constitute a completed sale or binding contract. It initiates an official commercial quotation review.
- Proforma Invoices: Official pricing, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), production timelines, and freight charges are formalized via formal Proforma Invoices issued directly by our export division.
- Validity: Quotations and commercial terms remain valid for the timeframe specified on each formal Proforma Invoice (typically 30 days), subject to raw material API market fluctuations.
4. Contract Manufacturing & Custom Formulations
For formulations not currently listed in our standard digital catalog, StrovanksPharma offers custom contract manufacturing, third-party manufacturing, and bespoke formulation development under WHO-GMP certified standards.
- Technical Feasibility: Formulation feasibility, stability protocol requirements, and bioequivalence data are evaluated by our regulatory and formulation development (F&D) team upon receipt of detailed product specifications.
- Private Labeling & Packaging: Packaging artwork, blister foil designs, multilingual cartons, and brand trademarks supplied by clients remain client intellectual property. Clients warrant that their trademarks do not infringe third-party patents in the destination jurisdiction.
- Batch Releases: Each manufactured batch undergoes rigorous quality release, backed by analytical method validation and a comprehensive Certificate of Analysis.
5. International Export, Regulatory Dossiers & Incoterms
StrovanksPharma actively exports across Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East, CIS, and Latin America. International shipments comply with standard ICC Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW) as mutually agreed in the underlying commercial contract.
The buyer/importer is responsible for procuring the necessary import permits, marketing authorizations, and fulfilling customs clearance in the destination territory unless specifically contracted under delivered terms.
6. Quality Standards & Batch Verification
All pharmaceutical finished formulations are manufactured in compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and WHO guidelines.
Our digital Verify CoA portal is provided to healthcare institutions, regulatory inspectors, and distributors to verify the authenticity of batch releases. Unauthorized attempts to falsify, tamper with, or scrape batch verification data are strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution under cyber and pharmaceutical laws.
7. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All website text, branding, logos, graphic design, imagery, and code appearing on strovankspharma.com are the intellectual property of StrovanksPharma and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and unfair competition legislation.
Reproduction, commercial mirroring, or redistribution of catalog content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
